Contact America’s Home Health Services! We can help you schedule an appointment with the local County Office of Mental Health & Intellectual Disabilities.
We’ll also assist you in gathering the necessary documents for your appointment, such as medical, psychological, and school records, to determine your eligibility for services. Our dedicated Care Consultants are here to walk with you every step of the way!
